Registration is required to attend a workshop.
4. Fees and Cancellations
Workshop fees (if applicable) are displayed at the time of registration. Cancellation, refund or transfer terms will be stated at the time of booking or in the event information.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable for non-attendance.
Workshop fees are payable at the rate advertised at the time of registration. Any changes to workshop fees after registration will not affect confirmed bookings unless otherwise agreed.

Workshop content is provided for general professional development and educational purposes only.
While workshops may include discussion of workplace scenarios, examples or participant questions, all content is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice, workplace relations advice, medical advice, or mental health treatment. Workshop content may not be suitable for every situation, and participants should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes arising from how they choose to apply workshop content within their organisation or role.
Workshops may involve discussion of workplace scenarios, experiences or examples shared voluntarily by participants. Participants are responsible for the content of any information they choose to disclose during a workshop, including ensuring that they do not improperly disclose confidential, sensitive or personal information relating to others in their workplace.
Your Mediation Australia Pty Limited does not verify and is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of information shared by participants during workshops.
Participants must treat as confidential any information shared by other participants during a workshop, in accordance with Clause 9.
Nothing in this clause creates a duty of confidentiality equivalent to legal professional privilege or mediation confidentiality.
6. No Professional Relationship for Workshops
Participation in a workshop does not create a solicitor-client, mediator-client, therapist-client, coach-client or advisor-client relationship with Your Mediation Australia Pty Limited, trading as Your Mediation or HATify, or with any presenter, facilitator or other representative delivering the workshop.
Any responses to questions or discussion during a workshop are provided on a general basis only and should not be relied upon as advice specific to your circumstances.
7. Mediation Services
Where mediation services are engaged, a professional relationship is created only in accordance with the applicable mediation agreement or engagement terms.
Those documents govern the mediation process, confidentiality, fees and professional obligations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content made available through this website and all workshop materials including but not limited to frameworks, methodologies, slides, workbooks, templates, exercises, diagrams, recordings, and written or verbal content, are the intellectual property of Your Mediation Australia Pty Limited or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Workshop materials are provided for the participant’s personal or internal organisational use only. You must not, without prior written consent:
-copy, reproduce, adapt or modify any materials
-record (audio or video) any part of a workshop
-distribute, share, publish or transmit materials to third parties
-use workshop content to create or deliver competing training, products or services
No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by your participation in a workshop or use of this website.
9. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.
Participants must not disclose or misuse personal, confidential or sensitive information shared by other participants during a workshop. This includes information shared in discussions, exercises or examples.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a workshop, without refund, if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or undermines the learning environment or wellbeing of others.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Mediation Australia Pty Limited excludes all liability for any loss, damage or claim arising from:
-use of this website;
-participation in a workshop; or
-reliance on, or application of, workshop content.
Outcomes depend on how workshop content is interpreted and applied, and responsibility for implementation and decision-making remains with the participant or their organisation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Personal information collected through this website or in connection with workshop registrations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
